I took photos, now when will I receive my proofs?

Within a week of the event, proofs will be mailed and e-mailed to you. Ordering instructions will be included in the mailing.

When will I receive my order?

Pictures ordered online are mailed within 5-7 business days. Print orders placed via U.S. mail or fax will be shipped to you in 2-3 weeks. (Plaque orders typically arrive 2-3 weeks after you receive your prints).

Can packages be split between different poses?

Our packages are designed to be your best value. If placing your order by mail or fax, packages must be ordered from the same pose and CANNOT be split between poses. If you’re ordering through the website, Packages A and B can be split between multiple images.

May I order after the deadline?

Ordering by the deadline date gives your order priority in our processing schedule. If you have missed the deadline, you may still order, however a $10.00 late fee will apply.

What is the difference between the Economy, Plus, and Premium finishes?

• Premium is printed on Kodak’s pearlized paper for a high gloss, metallic finish that adds visual depth. The premium finish also includes complexion touch-up, which will smooth any fine lines or blemishes in the face and brighten the eyes and teeth.
• Plus is printed on quality Kodak paper with a clear protective UV filtered lamination that helps preserve your photos. The photos will have a glossy finish and be protected from smudging, spills, stains, tears, and fading.
• Economy prints are produced on quality Kodak paper with a standard matte finish.
